He continues to leak. Pop sometimes disappears and returns one month later. Someone told me it was a fox's tail between his legs and back as soon as it is too far when I removed surgically by a veterinarian caught. Jjust thought, walking on the rocks I have in the backyard.

More than likely. Be sure to remove completely. If not, you should have a veterinarian. They can be very painful.
Then be sure to hydrogen PROXID and let it clean. Put Benadine and triple antibiotic. You need to be established. When the dog licks, they will not hurt and heal quickly.
