Plate Transfers In Ontario I Sold A Car And The New Owner Never Transferred It Into His Name. Now It's Impounded, What Can I Do?

I sold a car and the new owner never transferred it into his name. Now it's impounded, what can I do? - plate transfers in ontario

It seems to me more than 2300th I'm in Ontario and took my old records to the Department of Transportation, my refund. Now, I threatened that if she will not get the money, the license will be revoked or suspended. Any tips? What evidence can be shown that the car is not mine?

The test would be that you, as already mentioned in his old records filmed for a refund and apply to all documents that you need if you're a sales contract, which would also be useful.

You need to provide a revenue account. We hope that you each transaction meets paper if he repays the money for the car. Otherwise ... Sell your car.

I agree, a deed must be done. If you sell money, no paperwork, you're screwed!

I do not know how the system here in California we are a sales invoice that we send in the Department of Motor Vehicles rule on the Pink Sheets (titles attached), we may have at any DMV office, and select one that at the time of mileage to whom it sells to sell shows to catch, but they have file.I some time after the sale have the people to whom belongs the form and fill out round and then a copy of it and then take the copy to the DMV office and I sent them a long time ago and here is a copy of which is lost in this Act work.OF role. Please note, this is the agains't that impling'm agains't not go and do whatever the law is, that some stories I heard.GODO LUCK
